Hello, we’re glad you’re here!

We’re Apricot Ballroom, an audiophile party crew, sound system, mix series, and record label based in Sheffield.

We’ve been throwing parties with our customised Klipschorn-based soundsystem since early 2018, hosted from then ‘til now by Gabe + Dave, AKA Joi La Frique + Nonna Fab. We’re avid music fans and DJs, with a bit of everything getting thrown down at our parties, from Jazz, Dub, Funk, Soul, and Boogie, through to Electro, House, Techno, and Chug. We throw these parties once a month (barring the occasional break for other gigs), inviting a mixture of amazing local DJs, our rotating selection of residents, and guests from out of town.
